About the client

The National Breast Cancer Foundation is a completely community-funded organisation with a vision of zero deaths from breast cancer. As a fundraising and grant-making body, NBCF must ensure every dollar raised goes as far as possible.

The challenge

Having established enterprise-wide fundraising, research, and marketing strategies, NBCF needed to define the digital capability and systems to drive the organisation forward – and make every dollar count.

Our approach

Zuni was selected through a competitive tender. We conducted requirements gathering across key staff groups and developed a current state assessment, future state functional goals, and gap analysis – producing a framework of four digital strategy principles with prioritised recommendations.
