The engagement
Zuni has provided ongoing digital transformation support to Johnson & Johnson MedTech across the organisation and key brand franchises. The work has spanned customer journey mapping at the product franchise level – developing detailed pictures of how healthcare professionals engage with specific brands across their professional journeys.
At the organisational level, Zuni has contributed to platform strategy and digital capabilities improvement – helping J&J MedTech assess where to invest in digital infrastructure and how to build the internal capability to use it effectively.
The outcome
